Lifetime MediApp Tracker Inc. ("we", "us") operates MediApp, a consumer health & wellness organizer that helps you keep track of wellness information you choose to enter. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account and profile information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, and any optional identity or health details you save.
Health records and other content you choose to save, including medical documents, insurance information, appointments, reminders, medications, messages, personal notes, and information in profiles you manage. You decide what to add and can edit or remove saved records in the app.
Device and usage information, such as app version, device type, and diagnostic/crash data, used to keep the app working reliably.
Uploaded files and scans. We store the documents and images you upload. A saved image can contain medical information, identity details, or a complete card number visible in that image. Limiting the fields saved from a scan does not redact the original uploaded file. Do not upload security codes, PINs, or identifying details you do not need to keep.
Saved payment-card fields. The payment-card form accepts the last four digits, card brand, cardholder name, and expiry date. The card-number field is limited to four digits; security-code and PIN fields are not accepted. Saved cards are personal records, not a payment method that the app can charge.
Text recognition. When you use text recognition, the selected image is sent to Google Cloud Vision to extract text for your review. Uploaded source files and the record details you save can remain in your account; text recognition does not automatically remove sensitive information from the original file.
To provide and maintain the app's features, authenticate you, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and security.
We do not sell your information. We use Convex for backend hosting and file storage, Resend for email, RevenueCat for subscription verification, and Google Cloud Vision for text recognition when you use that feature. These providers receive the information needed for the relevant service. Subscription verification uses your account identifier and store purchase information; medical records are not sent to the subscription provider. We may also disclose information when required by law.
You can grant access to family members or share records with a provider through the app. If you create an Emergency Snapshot link, anyone who has that link can view the selected summary until the link expires or you revoke it. Review the summary before sharing. Revoking access does not erase screenshots or copies that a recipient has already saved. Opening or saving a copy of a file in another app places that copy outside MediApp's access controls.
You can access and edit your information in the app. You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or request deletion of your information at Delete my data.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The app's sign-in accounts are intended for people age 16 and older. An account holder can maintain a profile for a child they are authorized to represent, including the child's name, date of birth, documents, and health records. The child does not receive a separate sign-in. The account holder manages the child's information and confirms permission before generating a shared Emergency Snapshot for that profile.
MediApp is a personal wellness organizer. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for medical questions.
